Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in Brea

The food was good. Upgraded to the zucchini fries. They were good but a little greasy. A little disappointed that I could only find 2 burgers for $6.99. Their ads made me feel like they had a lot more burgers for $6.99.

Lindsey, our server, was fantastic. They were pretty busy but the service was great! We were there for our daughter's 6th birthday and they made her feel special, with fast service and good food. Highly recommend!

Service was fast and friendly. Our food came out in a timely manner and still hot. They allowed us to modify our orders without compromise to our dietary requirements. This place is top notch for that. My family and I will be returning. Oh and bottomless sweet potato fries. :)

This review is for Brea, California. I almost every time pick Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Sandwich with ranch and campfire dip for my fries. The last time I had this sandwich it seemed to have much more sauces which was wonderful but messy. My second choice is fish and chips. I remove the fish batter in an effort to eat more healthy. Food and service seems consistently good.

Came in to have a Valentine's dinner; we both were significantly surprised and pleased by the service. Our waitress Julia provided phenomenal service! Our food was ready within 5-10 minutes of ordering and was exactly the way we ordered it. Bottomless fries and bottomless drinks were available as well!

Very great atmosphere. Employees at entrance could be more friendly. The waitresses are very attentive though and made up for the service at front. I personally like this better than the food court. Much more relaxed and quieter.

The food was not great. The servers were trying to take care of to many tables and the prices are kind of high.

I've been coming to this Red Robin for something on the order of 20 years. The customer service here is always top notch. Whenever something is wrong, the staff is always quick to correct it.The bottomless fries are always great, and the sauces that they provide with the food are delicious. Make sure you join the rewards program--they send some great deals to your email.

Great food, excellent service.

The Red Robin is "in" the mall though you enter from the outside. It has a pretty cool staff and is generally not super crowded. The food is the same as all other red Robin restaurants which I love. The bar seen is small and quite and it closes at 10pm so you won't be having any late nights here but all in all a great place for lunch, dinner, or a drink.

I ordered an Angus burger. It was flavorless. Last time I was here ( about 3 years ago), I also had a flavorless "gourmet" burger, too. Bottomless fries were great, as was the wedge salad. Service was excellent! Friendly, fast, and efficient. I liked the check-out kiosk at the table despite trying not to think about the massive amount of germs on it. Right there. On my table. Next to my plate.

This restaurant is closed for Covid-19. I hope it comes back soon!!

Love love love Red Robin. They are home to one of the best fish and chips around. Place is always clean, can usually get in and out during lunch in plenty of time. Highly recommend!

Went there for grand daughters 4th friendly service great food

Service was ok. Food was bare minimum i was better off going to fast food place. The quality of food preparation and food at red Robin has gone downhill. I go to a restaurant for servjce food presentation and good drinks. At the rate i have observed over the last year, red Robin will fail soon. This is the burger served to me. By the way. We stood at the host stand for more then five minutes before we decided to seat ourselves in the bar.

I adore this place! They prepare good food, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that spot is an expert, I love a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is good. I often go to this place and I was never disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

It's good food. Been coming here for like 25 plus years. When our son was young, he said the the chicken strips were the best cuz their breading was the best... tasty and not greasy. He also said the ranch dressing is crazy good cuz they make it fresh. I love the teriyaki burger cuz the sauce is sweet and savory and the pineapple slice is so juicy. They now serve local craft brewed beers... happy about that. The fries are fat, tasty, and bottomless. Bring the family here after you shop

I was there with my family on a Saterday night th÷re were 15 of us. Our waitress Kathy was great she was very frindly and made sure we were taken care of she was the best she could not have been nicer. I dont think I have ever had a better server. Thankyou Kathy.

Personnel are kind, Classy, Considerate, Thorough, and very, very ACCOMMODATING. WHO WOULDNT FREQUENT AN ESTABLISHMENT LIKE THIS NES PA?

We came to this location because it was on the way home. Customer service could have been better. Waitress only checked up on us once, no utensils at the table and we were seated close by the door which was a little annoying because it was a cold night. Food was fine. We ordered their burgers. Next time, we will go to the other Red Robin by our house where customer service is much better.

Great service, clean restaurant. We ordered 2 burgers, anything but gourmet, they were the smallest burgers that I ever seen for $ 12.00 bucks. They look nothing like the picture on the menus, or even like on tv. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Food is okay. Waiter was a bit complacent. Had another waitress from another table drop the drinks she had onto my backpack. She apologized to the guests she was serving but not me. Service was just lackluster overall.

My sister and I sat in the bar area and had a very good time. Our server was very personable and attended to our every need. Thank you and we will come again!

Excellent service and food!

My wife and I enjoy eating here. Good burgers, priced right. We recently discovered that Red Robin offers a choice of bottomless broccoli instead of fries! Me being a broccoli lover, I totally approved, and ordered broccoli on every visit. However, twice this week we were surprised to hear that they didn't have any broccoli! Not sure why, but the Smoky Jack Tavern Double is good for 4 stars on its own.

Too noisy. A favorite of parents with unruly kids. Food is good and staff is pleasant but if conservation is what you chose you have to go elsewhere.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday at noon. No wait and was seated right away. Rapid service, great bacon cheeseburger, lots of fries. It is located at the South East corner of the mall. Lots of parking at this entrance and the restaurants has an exterior entrance as well.

Good food. Service left a little to be desired. Short staffed, cold fries, and the waitress had no personality. We may go back but no time soon...

The best service! I love walking in waiting to be acknowledged by the host creature and then other people walk in after me in a different door and they get seated first. Filthy people. Top notch job at customer service. I officially boycott your whole nasty cheap facility.

The staff were amazing but the burgers here were whatever compared to the one in La Habra.

Atmosphere is great. Not too loud so we could watch the hockey game. I had the Mac n Cheese, pretty basic white sauce. Won't get that again. But their burgers are always good.

Great service, great food! After i had a minor surgery and wasn't able to eat for over 24 hrs I enjoyed a date with my wife for lunch with out my kids. Got an amazing burger and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The service was good. The servers were very nice. We stayed a long time and they did make us leave our table. I'm happy.
